AUTOMATED ACTIVITY

REGISTRATION
Certain sections of this Website require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide accurate, complete registration information. It is your responsibility to make any changes to that information. Each registration is for a single company or person only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. SearchGuru does not permit any other person using the registered sections under your name. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorised use. MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
General Information: SearchGuru.Net does allow for full refund of membership purchases within 14 days from date from payment unless there are exceptional circumstances. Where exceptional circumstances can be shown to exist, the pro rata amount of the 2008 membership fee not exceeding 6 months may be refunded at the discretion of the Membership Chair. Refund of membership fees shall incur an administration fee of £10.00 which shall automatically be deducted from the amount of the refund. Exceptional Circumstances: A member may apply for a refund in the case of financial hardship or due to a change in personal circumstances. Exceptional Circumstances do not include the taking of sabbaticals and/or extended service leave. A partner or spouse may apply for a refund within the guidelines of this policy if the death of the members occurs during the 2008 membership period. Overpayment Refund: Where an error has been made by SearchGuru or a banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, the Membership Chair may, in consultation with the member, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the membership, or alternatively by cheque for the full amount of the overpayment. Cheques will be sent within 7 days to the members on file address. Where a member is responsible for the overpayment, the amount will be credited to the membership. Terms and Conditions of SearchGuru Membership and Services: SearchGuru.Net policy only allows services to be provided to members in good standing. If a member fails to pay their membership dues within one (1) month of the due date, the member will not be entitled to the privileges of SearchGuru.Net membership. Membership in SearchGuru.Net can be re-instated on payment of the dues. If an individual's membership is not in good standing they may not use the SearchGuru.Net membership card or claim to be a member of the SearchGuru.Net. Transfer of SearchGuru.Net Membership:
Additional Costs incurred during the processing of SearchGuru.Net Membership Dues: Changes in Work Status: No facility exists to reduce membership fees during the current membership period in relation to a transfer or a change in status. In all circumstances membership will be charged at the prescribed rates. It is the responsibility of members to notify SearchGuru.Net of any changes to their membership status. In the event that this fails to happen, no refunds will be given.
MISCELLANEOUS SearchGuru reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Conditions of Use and to take any action SearchGuru deems appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. SearchGuru reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Conditions of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the SearchGuru Website. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Website and constitutes the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Website. If any provision of these Conditions of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed sever able from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability. THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, AS THEY APPLY TO AGREEMENTS MADE AND SOLELY PERFORMED THEREIN.
